There are few people you encounter in life that are genuinely honest,caring, good human beings. In shopping for our first home, my wife and I were fortunate enough to find one of these rare individuals: Sean Hahn. I warned Sean upfront that I would be one of the most difficult buyers he'd ever dealt with and that I would overwhelm him with questions. I explained that we wouldn't be purchasing anything until I fully understood every detail about how things worked and that it would likely take 6-8 months before we were ready. To make a long story short, we purchased a home only three weeks after Sean and I first spoke. The only reason we moved so quickly was because we totally and completely trusted Sean to handle everything and knew that he would take care us. Less than a year ago we were treated to a repeat performance by Sean in selling our first home and purchasing a new one. When my wife and I decided to "consider" selling our home and move to another area, we had a lot of questions. Sean was an obvious choice since we had developed a good relationship before considering to move. Working with Sean has been easy and fun! He found us our first home 4 years ago in one day. That seemed easy because he actually listened to what we wanted. He researched the area and made sure our specific needs were met with each house we saw. He didn't waste our time by showing us houses he wanted to show. He did his research and sent us property listings to go over. We picked the ones we wanted to see and he mapped it out and took us to see them. It was a wonderful experience. So wonderful and easy that this year we wanted to build a house and he again did all the research into the homebuilders that had land sizes we wanted and floor plans we wanted. He again sent us the details, we picked some to look at and he even called ahead to make sure the large lots were still available, avoiding any unnecessary looking around. We once again found the home we wanted (our dream home) and he put it in the works, and now he is selling our old home for us also. You couldn't ask for a harder worker than Sean. His best quality is he really listens to what you want. (That in itself is a rare find it seems). Hopefully he did such a wonderful job, that we will never be moving again (you never know) and I will be referring him to many of our friends in need of a realtor.
